Join us for the Opening of Flock of Friends a collection of small works by Michael Bush. Flock of Friends is a collection of small works of figurative abstract paintings that served as studies for larger pieces. Most of the pieces are created with acrylic, water and spray paint on paper.
Birds have been a source of fascination for me. I feel both an intense connection and low key fear of them all at the same time. I wanted to give my abstracted interpretation of one of the most majestic and diverse creature in nature.
