Join Sound Practitioner Kelly Kelita for a destressing gong bath. Bathe in the harmonics produced by the deep Earth gong and wind gong. Allow the sounds and deep vibrations created by the gongs to assist in healing and balancing - mental emotional and energetic bodies.
Gong bath can be rejuvenating for the body and brings about an overall sence of relaxation. The pure sound of the gong assists in reducing stress as well as help develop a better ability to cope with stress.

· Please expect to be barefoot during class
