Tia will guide you through a deeply soothing soundscape using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones. The frequencies work with your body to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and help you access deeper states of rest and clarity.

You’ll be invited to reflect and set an intention rooted in your truth. The Pisces Full Moon energy, amplified by the Reiki and sound healing, will help you anchor this intention at a soul level, empowering you to move through the rest of your month with purpose, flow, and emotional clarity.

Following the Reiki-infused soundbath, we recommend some gentle aftercare. Your cells will have been ‘reset’ and re-harmonised with high-frequency sound and energy, so it’s important to support this shift with conscious care.We advise that you:

• Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and support energy flow
• Nourish yourself with simple, healthy food to help ground and integrate
• Give yourself space to rest, reflect, or journal if needed
