Join Allison & Gayle to Experience a gentle state of rest and self-healing as you receive energetic and vibrational comfort from Himalayan, Quarts, and Crystal alchemy bowls, amongst many other tranquil sound instruments.
We will begin with light Yoga & stretching unlocking our major stress points and setting the tone to enter the Silks. Then you will embark on this sound journey as your stress begins to melt away. Transport your mind and body to a place of wellness and peace. Release and replenish as you feel weightlessness and support in silk aerial hammocks, surrounded by a cocoon of sound.
Soundbaths help to reset your nervous system, and are a great tool for assistance in managing stress, anxiety, and depression.

Soundbath Etiquette:
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to get settled.
Please turn off cell phones and leave them in the cubbies at the studio.
Doors lock once the class has begun and we will not open until after the class to avoid any outside distractions so be sure to plan accordingly.
