The floating sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you rest comfortably on a floating air mattress in a warm indoor pool while live sound instruments are played around the space.Most people describe it as feeling weightless, calming, and very immersive—almost like your body can fully let go in a different way than it normally does. The gentle movement of the water combined with the sound vibrations creates a really unique experience.
You do not need any experience with meditation or sound baths to attend. This is designed to be beginner friendly and focused on relaxation and nervous system support.
You’ll stay fully supported on the float the entire time, and assistants will help guests get on and off the mattresses safely if needed.
