Join us for a deeply relaxing Floating Sound Bath experience, where you’ll unwind in an Aerial Hammock, fully supported and immersed in the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath.
Due to the restrictions of our booking page, the times are listed as 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. However, to allow for room reset and attendee transitions, the second session will actually begin at 6:15 PM and end at 7:15 PM.
"In this immersive workshop, you’ll unwind in one of our Aerial Hammocks while being surrounded by the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath. Using instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, the practitioner creates a meditative soundscape that promotes relaxation and harmony. As the gentle tones and vibrations flow through you, they help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite a deep sense of inner peace. The resonance of the sound waves encourages a state of mindfulness and balance, supporting a connection between your body, mind, and spirit. This experience can enhance creativity, reduce anxiety, and leave you feeling restored and refreshed."
Wear cozy, comfortable clothing, and bring blankets, pillows, or anything else to create your perfect relaxation space.
Weight Limits: Our equipment is rated to hold over 750 lbs, ensuring anyone can enjoy this experience.
Accessibility Note: This workshop is held on the second floor and requires ascending/descending one set of stairs.
