Floating Sound Bath

Drift into relaxation during a floating sound bath at our Sunset Pool led by instructor Cortney Halstead. As the sun sets around you, float effortlessly on the water while healing sounds from crystal bowls, chimes and calming frequencies will guide you through a restorative full-body experience designed to help you reset and recharge. Following the session, enjoy a complimentary Proda protein-forward soda.
