No swimming skills are required. The experience is designed to be accessible for everyone. You will be floating in the pool on a comfortable flotation device, and our team will be there to assist you throughout the session to ensure your comfort and safety.
We’ll provide everything you need, including flotation devices, towel, headphones, and all the necessary items for the breath-work and sound healing experience. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check in and set up.
