To unwind from the day, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a slower, more natural rhythm within. Supported in your cocoon, you are invited to release tension, restore balance, and drop into deep, restorative rest.
You will leave feeling grounded, nourished, and ready for deeply restful sleep.
Your facilitator, Vanessa Kaye, is a certified SOMA Breath Master Instructor and Breath Therapist with over a decade of meditation practice. With a background in nervous system regulation and breath physiology, she brings a grounded, intuitive presence, gently guiding you into deeper states of relaxation and connection, one conscious breath at a time.
