Join our sound bath session with crystal and metal singing bowls, designed to utilize the principles of therapeutic sound. The clear tones from the crystal bowls aim to improve mental clarity, while the rich sounds of the metal bowls aid in physical relaxation. Perfect for anyone seeking to ease stress and enhance well-being through a science-based approach to therapeutic sound. The sound bath will begin with a complimentary sample of CBD.
As you settle into the space, you'll find a comfortable spot either on a mat or cocooned in a hammock. Here, you can relax fully and let the gentle waves of sound wash over you. Sobriety-friendly CBD (optional) helps to relieve anxiety, eases pain, calms the nervous system and will bring you into a deep state of relaxation. CBD perfectly complements the healing experienced during a Sound Bath!

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyones safety.

· Please expect to be barefoot during class
