As you settle into the space you'll find a comfortable spot either on a mat or cocooned in a hammock. Here you can relax fully and let the gentle waves of sound wash over you. The experience is designed to be non-intrusive and comfortable requiring no direct physical interaction. You'll remain fully clothed and in a safe secure setting throughout the session.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyones safety.

· Please wear comfortable form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.
· Please expect to be barefoot during class
· NO zippers snaps sequins or sharp jewelry.
