Join us for a nourishing Waxing Gibbous Moon Evening designed to support growth, clarity, and intention as the moon builds toward fullness.We’ll begin with Reflective Journaling, Lunar Breathwork, & Moon Salutations, followed by a grounding Yin Yoga practice with Reiki to invite stillness and reflection.
Then settle in for a deeply relaxing floating sound bath allowing the vibrations to soothe the nervous system and restore energetic balance.
We’ll close the evening together with a nourishing moon elixir, honoring the magic of the lunar cycle. 🌙✨

*Included: Journals, Fruit-infused water, Moon Elixir, Yoga Blankets, 1 Block, Light snacks
*Please bring: Yoga mat, 2 towels (one will go on top of the raft, the other can be used as a blanket or head support), water bottle, sunscreen, bugspray, hat and/or Sunglasses and anything else that will make you comfy
*Please note: You will not get wet. You will get onto the air mattress outside of the pool. Dress in yoga clothes.
