Join us for a fun, hands-on session where children step into the world of Flitty the Butterfly, Curlo, Pranks, and Dr. Happy! As the story unfolds, kids take part in lively role-play, simple DIY activities, and playful challenges that invite them to think, act, and express themselves. Through movement, imagination, and storytelling, children discover what makes each character — and themselves — special. It’s an interactive story adventure filled with creativity, laughter, and discovery.
Learning Outcome:
By the end of the session, children begin to recognize and name their own feelings, understand different perspectives, and build confidence in expressing themselves. These early steps in self-awareness lay the foundation for empathy and emotional resilience — all through the joy of play.
Sheela Ramakrishnan, an educationist with over 40 years of experience, has taught in Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Hyderabad, and later became an entrepreneur, author, consultant and counsellor. Co-author of four Oxford University Press textbook series used globally, she is also a certified ISO 21001 Auditor and Master Trainer. Trained in Edward De Bono’s Thinking Skills in the UK, she has also worked on a research project with The Stanford School of Medicine on managing student anxiety. A passionate advocate of creative, activity-based learning, she has conducted numerous workshops for educators and institutions in India and the UAE. She co-founded Edcraft , a company engaged in learning materials for inclusive education and was earlier Director , Happy World, Hyderabad , a firm promoting educational books and materials.
