About this Event
Echo Bloom Community Event: A Pause Before We Run: A Year of the Horse Tea Session & Intention Journaling
Date: March 21st, 2-4pm
Address: Fincan ( Altenbraker Str. 26, 12051 Berlin)
The Year of the Horse carries an energy of speed, independence, and transformation. Before we are swept into its fast pace, we invite you to pause with us.
This FLINTA* gathering weaves together a curated selection of four Chinese teas, brewed in the traditional gongfu cha style, as a sensory meditation to gently calm the body and settle the nervous system. Through aroma, warmth, texture, and taste, tea becomes a quiet companion — inviting us to slow down and return to ourselves.
Alongside the tea ritual, we’ll move into a playful and creative journaling practice. Through guided prompts and colorful materials, you’ll be invited to reflect on what truly matters to you, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and write a letter to your future self — a gentle reminder for the months ahead.
What to expect:
- A safe and intimate space
- Four curated teas brewed with care
- A sensory tea meditation to ground and nourish
- A creative, reflective journaling session with playful tools
To keep the atmosphere personal and cozy, participation is limited to 15 FLINTA* participants.
Sliding scale: €10–20
