Have you lost that lovin’ feeling toward arm balances? Crashed and burned one too many times? Do you feel the need…the need to succeed?

Take flight with increased mindfulness, ease and skill. Before hitting Mach 10, we’ll build strength and mobility in the hips, core and shoulders to establish a strong foundation. Then, each arm balance will be taught as a progression with a range of variations & modifications intended to empower students to find their unique expression of each pose. All levels of practitioners are invited and welcome; bring a sense of humor and get ready to buzz the tower!

$35 if registered by Saturday, 11/2; $40 after.FREE FOR MEMBERS!Please note that the sign-up roster on this page is for participation LIVE STREAM. If you prefer to practice in person, change the location to "Adams Ave." and register for the INDOOR workshop.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
