About this Event
June 23, 2025, marked the 40th anniversary of the Air India Flight 182 bombing. Although this event has been described as the largest mass M**der in Canadian history, the tragedy and its aftermath remain little known and seldom remembered in our national consciousness.
As this anniversary year draws to a close, we invite you to join us for Flight 182 @ 40: Remembering the 1985 Bombing in Film. Featuring screenings of (2025) by Eisha Marjara and (2025) by Rippin Sindher, this event will bring together film, reflection, and conversation to honour the victims of the tragedy and explore its ongoing impact.
All are welcome to attend. Refreshments and a catered lunch will be provided.
In an effort to reduce food waste, please be sure to cancel your free registration if your plans change and you’re unable to attend.
If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].
