Ewan Cowie will be teaching Flight - 1 101 Canopy Course at Skydive Empuria Brava on the 22 of May 2026.“The Active Pilot” (101): Say hello to Joe Jumper, our fully animated, three dimensional, pilot! Joe, along with your Flight-1 Instructor, will introduce the fundamentals of canopy flight to ensure consistent, soft landings. Together, they will ensure you fully understand the correct flare technique and develop the ability to debrief personal performance. The course re-defines flight planning using modern techniques and tools, to give you confidence in your accuracy.
Flight 101 & 102 courses satisfy the requirements for USPA's Canopy Piloting Proficiency Card for your B license and go way above and beyond them.
