Gymshark66 is a 66-day workout and wellbeing challenge where we encourage you to change your life by forming positive habits that will last a lifetime. Whether those habits are for your mind, body, or soul, Gymshark 66 celebrates every dream and every step made toward it.
What:
A dedicated class for middle split flexibility.
This class is dedicated to achieving middle split goals. Whether you already have your split and want to maintain your flexibility, or are just starting your flexibility journey, flexibility for front splits will help you learn tips and tricks to improve flexibility and get you one step closer.
