Our new Flex 6 Lacrosse Program is the perfect introduction to the game for boys and girls in Kindergarten- 8th grades. Designed especially for beginners, this program focuses on building confidence, learning the fundamentals, and having fun in a supportive environment.Each session follows a simple format: Learn the Skills, Understand the Rules, and Play the Game. Players will develop basic lacrosse skills while enjoying small-sided games that keep everyone involved and active.
All sessions are led by USA Lacrosse Certified coaches, and all equipment is provided, making it easy for new players to jump right in.
