Indulge in handcrafted Snow Crab Ravioli drizzled with a rich Sherry cream, delicately poached Halibut on top of refreshingly savory Cucumber Risotto, the briny clam driven flavor of Rhode Island Clam Chowder, and the crunch and umami experience of the Prawn Toast
Finished with the lush indulgence of the Burmese Semolina cake drizzled with a refreshing lemon shiso anglaise.
Fleur de Mer promises to excite your palate during this coursed evening event taking place on your choice of Friday November 21st or Saturday November 22nd with the dinner event beginning at 7PM each night
