If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K… someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet Round Rock/Leander No Boundaries Beginner 5K training program is designed for people just like you: nervous, curious, and ready to try something new with the support of a welcoming community.
Your No Boundaries Game Plan
**ROUND ROCK:
-Thursday, April 9th, with a meeting at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Round Rock, where you’ll meet your coach, mentors, and fellow members.
**LEANDER:
-Wednesday, April 8th, with a 6:30 pm meeting at Fleet Feet Leander, where you’ll meet your coach, mentors, and fellow members.
For those comfortable with the 5K distance, we will offer tailored workouts to help you maintain or improve your 5k time.
Our kickoff workout will take place on
**Tuesday, April 14, at 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet Round Rock
**Wednesday, April 15, at 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet Leander
Over the course of eight weeks, you’ll join weekly in-person group workouts led by an experienced Fleet Feet coach and supported by mentors who have been in your shoes, some even past program participants. Everyone starts somewhere!
Each in-person session includes a warm-up, a beginner-friendly workout, and a cooldown. On days when we don't meet in person, you'll have a schedule with training recommendations, and not to worry--these are adjustable based on fitness level.
You’ll also receive weekly newsletters with tips on injury prevention, hydration, motivation, and more. Throughout the program, you’ll be invited to participate in brand demo runs hosted by Fleet Feet partners and local community organizations to help you find the best gear and stay healthy for race day.
