Dreamin' of the Keys 5k supports Girls on the Run – Treasure Coast, a nonprofit organization that empowers girls in grades 3–8 to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Through a research-based curriculum that blends physical activity with meaningful lessons, Girls on the Run helps girls build self-esteem, develop life skills, and learn the value of teamwork, goal-setting, and perseverance.You can help make a difference by racing with us and/or making a donation in support of the Dreamin' of the Keys 5k. Every step and every contribution helps empower girls in our local community.
This is an evening race on Saturday, May 23, 2026! Race starts at 6:00 p.m. in Tradition, Port St Lucie.
Our 5K race route will begin and end by The Gazebo on Meeting Street and will wind through part of the nearby neighborhood.
What will this family-friendly 5K race entail? Think "tacky" Florida Keys attire, road-side t-shirts, grass skirts, straw hats, funky sunglasses, stuffed parrots, key lime pie and of course island music. We encourage you to wear your favorite Key West costume (remember this is family friendly)! Dress up...Let's have fun!
