Spring is finally here! Everything is growing, sprouting, reaching toward the sun. Breaking out of the shell of winter to embrace the energy of new growth.
‘Flavours of the Land’ is an invitation to reconnect to the local ecosystem through a seasonal and foraged feast.
We’ll creatively explore the concept of diversity in food and ask: how can we wat in reciprocity?
An evening to embrace Spring’s diverse flavours and tastes:
5 courses (plant-based + as local & organic as possible) + curated drink pairing including natural wines.
