In this class participants will engage in hands-on activities, and guided discussion, designed to build real-world application.
Class will be held from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm on April 21, 2026 at the Lake County UF/IFAS Extension Center, 1951 Woodlea Rd, Tavares. Advanced registration is required.
Class will be lead by Madison Suttles, UNE Dietetic Intern, and supported by Family & Consumer Science Agent, Lori Johnson.
