Making gnocchi from scratch may sound challenging, but at Huntington’s Kitchen, it’s a breeze! In this experience, you will be guided by chef Izzy on how to make gnocchi two different ways and adapt it to other ingredients. From mixing to shaping and cooking the little dumplings, you will be hands-on while picking up new skills from your chef’s demonstration.Menu:

• Potato Gnocchi with Marinara sauce
What To Expect:
In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by Chef Izzy Cross
• Classes run around 2 hours
• Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students.
• You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class. Minimum number of participants 6.
