Join us for an unforgettable five-course fine dining experience, featuring the finest selection of seafood delicacies expertly paired with exquisite wines. Delight in the flavors of the ocean as you indulge in a menu crafted to perfection, set against the backdrop of live romantic music from our favorite pianist Louis Heriveaux.
For those new to Flavor Excursions please know that the menu is as is, no substitutions will be provided.

Chilled seafood trio:
Snow crab & smoked tomato
Scallop, citrus marinated
Octopus, calabrese chili aioli
Course 2
Romain and cucumber caesar with cold smoked salmon preserved lemon and tiny garlic croutons.
Course 3
Roasted tomato soup with creamy grouper brandade toast
Course 4
Chilean Sea-bass & Tuna ,garlic ginger spinach butter, spiced carrot purée and Lyonnaise potato
Course 5
Rose water pound cake with orange chocolate terrine and pistachio brittle.
Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
