Back by overwhelming request, this dinner reintroduces the bold, soulful flavors that captivated guests in Flavor Excursions #31. Expect a vibrant fusion of tradition and imagination—rich spices, tropical fruits, slow-simmered sauces, and the unmistakable rhythm of the islands, all elevated through Chef Hopeton’s signature artistry.
Each course will again be paired with a curated rum tasting, showcasing the spirit of Jamaica through a range of expressions that tell their own story of craft, culture, and connection.
