About this Event
Come have fun with our guest chef while you cook and learn about the history of Mexican foods. The "flauta" is a staple of Mexican street food.
What you will learn: This class will be interactive so that participants will be able to make their own flautas. We will make vegan ( potato), chicken, and chorizo options. We then will eat together not only the delish flautas on a bed of shredded lettuce with a variety of toppings, but also tortilla chips and salsa.
Welcome to The Kitchen at Bradly’s HG! Whether you know your way around the kitchen or are just starting your culinary journey, you have a place at our table. Our classes are a fusion of hands-on experience and demonstrations from our passionate instructors. You’ll be able to not only take home some practical kitchen skills, but grow in knowledge about cuisine, food history, and culinary science.
