Flatt EarthNot long ago flat-pick master and Capital Region acoustic hero Jay Maloney connected some friends when he introduced Bill Keith-disciple Jonah Bruno to Ben and Chris Lane, aka. The Lane Brothers. The result was Flatt Earth, a moniker honoring the great Lester Flatt. Flatt Earth sets feature lots of bluegrass with original tunes, standards, and the occasional genre bending surprise. Harmonies and banjo rolls abound.
