'La Sentío Flamenco School' Workshop in Manchester | May 29-30-31

An intensive 1.5-hour flamenco technique class designed for intermediate dancers — taught live by Irene "La Sentío", professional bailaora from Seville.

This class goes far beyond learning steps. Irene focuses on the full picture of flamenco technique: footwork (zapateado), body placement, turns, marcajes, and the coordination between them — always with a strong flamenco attitude at the core.

Through targeted exercises practiced at different tempos, you will work on achieving clarity in your sound, building strength and speed, and developing musicality. You will also explore body awareness and control, so you can feel more confident, connected, and expressive in your dancing.

The material is fresh and updated — brought directly from the flamenco scene in Seville — and Irene is known for her generosity in teaching and the authentic, personalized attention she gives to each student.
