Honouring Toastmasters in Brampton for Making and Being Leaders
The City of Brampton has approved the flying of the Toastmasters International logo
Join us on May 18 pm at 1 pm as we celebrate and honour leaders in our community by recognizing the 21 Toastmasters Clubs in Brampton:
-Electing new leaders for the upcoming Toastmasters year on July 1
-Providing a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth
-Empowering individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders
-Contributions to the community through youth leadership, gavel clubs, program at Ontario Correctional Institue, and community involvement
-Brampton Toastmasters began on March 1, 1957

District 123 Toastmasters
District 123 was born out of the successful growth of Districts 60 and 86. On July 1, 2021, a reformation that had been carefully planned officially turned two Districts into three. District 123 represents approximately 150 clubs from Peel Region (excluding Mississauga) in the west to Belleville in the east, and from north Toronto in the south to Sault Ste. Marie and Timmins in the north.
