Y’all, let’s be real: Driving sucks.
It’s often the single biggest source of stress in our day, yet we treat it like an inescapable burden. We’ve even started "trauma bonding" over road rage, which only makes us expect the worst every time we grab the keys.
Let’s flip the script.
I’ve spent the last year obsessed with reducing stress, and I discovered that driving frustration is the one thing we actually have complete control over. Once I "quelled the beast" of road rage, everything changed:
- Physical Relief: My chronic left hip pain (caused by bad driving posture) vanished.
- Better Focus: My panic on the road decreased, making me a safer driver.
- Home/Work Balance: I stopped bringing "road energy" into my house and office.
Driving stress is a choice. I want to teach you the mindfulness techniques I used to nearly eliminate it from my life.
In this two-hour workshop, we will:

- Learn mindfulness techniques specifically designed for the car.

- Practice the ancient art of well-wishing toward strangers.
The Safety Shift
- Create a mindset where being late doesn’t equal being stressed.
- Fall in love with the safety of pedestrians and neighbors.
- Share experiences and challenges in a supportive community space.
