Teens, youth, and those new to using power and hand tools can also work on their skills in a basic tool practice area. Participating organizations include:
Chain Reaction will demonstrate basic bike maintenance and highlight their Earn-a-Bike program.
Linn County Master Gardeners will share seasonal gardening information and answer lawn and garden questions.
Cedar Rapids Public Library volunteers will demonstrate skills like repairing and replacing caulk or grouting techniques and using basic tools.
