In this workshop, we’ll cover:
- how to identify a good contractor and what red flags to watch for
- financing options for your flips, including HELOCs and other down payment resources
- how to properly underwrite deals so you don’t get yourself into trouble
- rehab budgets
- the rules we stick to when buying properties to help avoid expensive mistake
