This evening is about changing that.
Hi, I'm Christine — WSET Level 3 with Distinction in Tasting — and I've spent years helping people find their own language in wine. This is the space I always wished existed, and I'm so excited to finally bring it to life.
What the evening looks like:
We'll gather in a beautiful ceramics studio in Porto — cozy, unhurried, and free from wine-world pressure. Together we'll taste five hand-selected reds from Portugal, taking you on a journey from a sparkling rosé all the way through to a full-bodied red. Two are biodynamic and three are classic. Every single bottle is chosen with intention and respect for craft, with a retail value of €80 - 100 in total.
Every bottle has a story, and I'll tell it on the night.
You'll leave with tasting notes in hand — and something harder to write down: your own voice in wine.
