Rebecca Robins, Author of 'Five Generations at Work: How we win together, for good'
Rebecca Robins is an advisor, consultant and educator working with organisations at the intersection of brand, culture and leadership. Having been based in New York and across Europe, she works out of London with leading businesses across the world. She runs and teaches on leadership programmes at leading Business Schools and Universities, including Cambridge University and Oxford University. The author of three best-selling books, she also writes and comments for leading media, including The BBC, The Business of Fashion and The FT. She is advisor at Quilt.Ai, heralded by The Economist as an ‘AI for good pioneer’, an Advisory Board Member at the Chartered Management Institute, a delegate of UN Women UK and mentors rising leaders.
Patrick Dunne OBE, Author of 'Five Generations at Work: How we win together, for good'
Patrick Dunne is an experienced Chair, serial social entrepreneur, VC and PE Investor who is Chair of board consultancy Boardelta, the charities Royal Voluntary Service and ESSA- Education Sub Saharan Africa. He is a former member of Operating Committee of FTSE 100 private equity business 3i Group plc, the General Council of the University of Warwick and trustee of the Chartered Management Institute. He was the founding Chair of the EY Foundation, Chaired Leap Confronting Conflict, and was the founder of Warwick in Africa.
Randall Peterson, Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Academic Director of London Business School Leadership Institute
Professor Randall Peterson is Academic Director of the Leadership Institute and was Chair of the Research Ethics Committee. Randall’s research and teaching focus on CEO personality, top management team interaction, board dynamics, leading diverse teams, conflict management, and the effects of member personality on group interaction and performance. He has won the Academy of Management’s ‘Best Paper’ award, as well as the ‘most influential article’ award. His research was similarly awarded ‘most influential article’ by the International Association of Conflict Management and ‘Best Paper’ published in small group research.
