About this Event
The weather outside is cold, so we're bringing the HEAT to the field INSIDE Mercedes-Benz Stadium! If you have attended our outdoor weekly Health+Wellness classes, we're bringing that same energy indoors for TWO NIGHTS ONLY - Monday, January 6 and Tuesday, January 7 from 6pm - 9pm (gates open at 5pm)! This year, we are bringing THREE classes per night, from Dance-based classes, HIIT, and Yoga - we have something for every fitness level! Join a few of our favorite instructors for a night of fitness, giveaways, music vibes by DJ Waffles, and more - and it's all FREE! An adult must accompany guests 16 - 17 years old. Children under the age of 16 will have to stay home for this one, but we will have activities for them during our programming season!

🚗 FREE Parking is available inside The Home Depot Backyard on a first-come, first-serve basis (get there early!) Additional parking will be available for purchase in advance. Please plan accordingly for traffic and purchase parking in advance to avoid increased prices.
Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.
MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive.
