We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Larkin Square on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. for Zumba® during #FitnessintheParks. Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
Class takes place near the pickleball courts. Please note, participants should plan to bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
