Fitness in the Park

Our fitness in the park all-level classes focus on the whole person, including individual abilities, goals, and health. All adults are welcome and we specialize in helping people with type 1, type 2, gestational, or pre-diabetes to better manage their blood sugars through movement. Each Saturday is a different theme, such as HIIT, Dance Fitness, or Self-Defensive Tactics.

First timers: Please arrive 10min early so we can meet you and show you the workout.

We also do remote small group personal training, where you'll be stronger than 1! Book your free info session after class or through our website.
