Waivers are required at check-in. If it is your first time sweating with F45 Fitness, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you have time to complete paperwork.
If there's inclement weather, the class will be either relocated to the 3rd floor of Bailey Power Plant (enter via the Sparq entrance, take the elevator to 3rd floor, room 331) or rescheduled to October 25th. Changes will be announced at 4 p.m. on the day of the event.
