Info About Darcy Roessler
I have spent more than 25 years training dogs and learning alongside wonderful teams who simply love working with their dogs. I founded Sweaty Paws to share that passion for thoughtful conditioning and to help everyday handlers and sport teams build strong, confident, and happy partners. I hold two canine fitness certifications, CCFT and CPCFT, but what matters most to me is understanding the joy and challenges that come with training an active dog. I currently share life with two Golden Retrievers who hunt, dock dive, barn hunt, and play agility, so I truly understand the commitment and excitement that comes with sport dogs. With a lifelong background in athletics including soccer, basketball, volleyball, and marathon running, I bring a team mindset to canine conditioning that focuses on support, steady progress, and celebrating the journey together.
