Fitness Ed Summer Training Camp (Ages 12β18)Our Fitness Ed. (Physical Education) The program is expanding for the summer! In addition to our semester-based class for homeschool students, we are offering summer camp sessions for teens ages 12β18 who want to stay active, get stronger, and build confidence in the gym.
Led by CrossFit Level 1 Coach Briley Villarreal Cruz, these sessions focus on teaching proper lifting technique, improving cardiovascular fitness, and developing overall strength and athletic ability. Workouts are structured and scalable so athletes of all experience levels can participate and progress.

During Fitness Ed Camp, teens will:
β Learn proper weightlifting and strength training techniques
β Improve conditioning, endurance, and overall fitness
β Build confidence training in a structured gym environment
β Develop healthy habits that carry over into sports and everyday life
