About this Event
Fitness Bootcamp every Tues & Thurs evening 8pm - 9pm in Yellowbatter Moneymore Drogheda.
Their will be two sessions a week, Tuesday & Thursday
A range of fitness exercises /Circuit training for all abilities. Some classes alternate an aerobic activity (like jogging on spot) with a muscle-strengthening activity (like press ups), others focus exclusively on muscle toning or aerobic exercise.
What circuit training does for you - Increases your strength and aerobic fitness and burns lots of calories. Helping you get conditioning from doing your aerobics and strength training together.
Talk with your doctor by phone or in-person BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active or BEFORE you have a fitness appraisal. You may be able to do any activity you want — as long as you start slowly and build up gradually. Or, you may need to restrict your activities to those which are safe for you. Talk with your doctor about the kinds of activities you wish to participate in and follow his/her advice.
Before you take part in this exercise programme you must adhere to the COVID 19 guidelines and abide by the guidelines of the restrictions in place at the time as laid out by the government.
