Familiar Things Workshop -Explore Printmaking
A Gallery-based workshop led by artist Jenny Slater

Our monthly parent and toddler sessions offer informal, gentle activities for you and your toddler and younger children as they explore the world.
Enjoy a morning of art and creativity, this month looking at the exhibition Familiar Things by John Graham in the Lower Gallery. After exploring the exhibition with artist Jenny Slater you will get to try printmaking techniques like monoprinting and mark-making activities.
These activities are specially designed to go at your child’s pace, capturing their imagination while having fun and learning new techniques in the welcoming environment of Highlanes Gallery.
All materials provided.
Do not worry if you are running late or have to leave early – we can facilitate to your needs.
Toilets are closeby with baby changing facilities at Lower Ground Level and our café, Five Good Things is at ground floor level. Buggy and other baby moving equipment stored safely in the gallery.
Note: On the day if you find that you cannot attend and fulfill your place, please do email us on [email protected] to release your place as there is always a waiting list.
Booking: Each ticket is a Family Unit, of parent and child/children.
