Team RWB Fitness Class at the Draft Haus
It’s 2026! Start the new year with intention, movement, and community. Join Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) Tampa Bay for a specially curated, donation-based yoga and mindfulness session at Yuengling Draft Haus & Kitchen—designed to energize your year and support meaningful goals ahead.
This all-levels class will be led by a military-tailored, trauma-conscious yoga therapist and U.S. Navy Veteran, guiding you through mindful movement, conscious action, and grounding insights. No prior yoga experience is necessary—modifications and adaptations will be provided, including chair options.
Your participation supports Team RWB’s mission to enrich the lives of military veterans and strengthen the communities they call home. #DoGood for the community and #DoGood for you.
