Hi everyone, it's been a while in between (non-alcoholic) drinks!But now is a good a time as any to let you know Stretch360 is still going strong and I would love to see some familiar faces as well as new!
This event is aimed to educate, motivate and inspire you on how to be a healthy human being in todays world. We are catering to both coaches and general public so anyone who is curious about the human body and wanting to feel better, then this day is for you!
The amazing Stephanie Renee has organised a local event for local health professionals (including yours truly) to share all we have learned in our careers and hopefully empower you to improve your own health.
If you know me, there will be opportunities to experiment and play around with movement on the day and will have you feeling physically better than when you walked in!
