• Stretching w/celebrity stretch coach Wade Bryant by way of NYC
• Intense Brick Fit workout with Atlanta’s own @Brick Fit DJ Bostick
• Join Maria Brito for a rejuvenating yoga session followed by delicious mimosas.
• DJ Don Jr will be mixing the hottest reggae, R&B, hip hop and top 40 hits throughout the event.
• DJ Groove Dude will be showcasing the most vibrant funk and soul sound track available
• Rhythm & Pilates: if R&B and Pilates had a baby .. hosted by Tiffany Green
• DJ Clarity delivering vibrant live mix, energetic house EDM, and remixing well-known tracks
• Pretty Girls Sweat Too, A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session hosted by LaLa and Kate
• Breanna Guettler will be holding a weightless CrossFit session featuring music from the early 2000s pop rock and tempo music.
• IV Alabama will be available from 1la-1p, offering IV infusions.
• Be Boxing and Fitness will be hosting our Shadow Boxing to the Beat session
• Ace Fit Society will be hosting an array of games from tug-of-war, sack races, low limbo, yard pong, fit dice and more and giving away apparel to the lucky winners.
Former professional athlete Zack Kamerman will be holding a high intense athletic workout session
