Aimed at premenopausal or menopausal women or anyone who wants to look after there body and strengthen there muscles and core stability in a functional class that uses inspired exercises from
Yoga and Pilates and reformer exercises with the ball.
Weights and bands and floor work will be included in the 60 minute session x
You can bring your own ball
Purchase your own from me to keep or borrow every week.
