The fuel to my fire is to help myself and others create healthy habits. And keeping our bodies moving, safely and effectively, is one of those habits! We'll blend functional every day movements (think bending, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, rotating,) and Pilates based core exercises. This class is a fun, upbeat way to get moving! Sometimes we'll use weights, but they are always optional. Come ready to move, laugh, burn some energy and build strength, flexibility and balance.
