This fun dance fitness program combines a variety of music with easy-to-follow moves that will have you sweating and smiling in no time. Perfect for all fitness levels, our hip hop fitness classes are a great way to add some excitement to your workout routine. Your instructor will have you moving and grooving to the beat while burning calories and toning your body. Come join us for a dance party that will leave you feeling fabulous.
When: Saturday April 19th
Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor
Items to Bring: Mat or Beach Towel,Sweat Towel, Water, and 3lb-5lb dumbbells from home if you have a pair
